Service Description

Active listening ( Listening Ear) involves consciously engaging in behaviors that promote genuine understanding and connection with the speaker. The listener’s role is to create a supportive, empathetic, and safe space that encourages open and meaningful communication—helping the speaker feel truly heard, understood, and valued. It is important to note that the listener’s purpose is not to provide solutions or resolve the speaker’s issues. Rather, the focus remains on offering compassionate, non-judgmental attention and understanding. Listening Duration: 30 minutes, with an additional 10-minute buffer.
