  • Steps to Become a Listener at Listenr

  • Eligibility Criteria
    To qualify as a Listener, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Hold a degree, diploma, or certificate in Psychology from a recognized university or institution.

    • Provide a valid government-issued ID card as proof of identity and address.

    • Share a valid email ID and phone number for official communication.

    • Commit to a minimum tenure of six months in the role.

    • Successfully complete the selection process, including signing the necessary agreements and non-disclosure documents with the company.

  • Application Process

    • Complete the Application Form – Fill in all required personal details, contact information, and relevant qualifications or experience in active listening, counseling, or related fields.

    • Submit the Application – Ensure that all sections are accurately completed and attach your updated resume for processing.

    • Application Review – Once received, your application will be evaluated by our recruitment team to determine your suitability for the role.

    • Interview or Assessment – Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an interview or assessment to evaluate listening skills, empathy, and alignment with Listenr’s mission and values.

    • Training Program – Upon successful selection, you will undergo specialized training covering active listening techniques, confidentiality, and emotional support methodologies.

    • Onboarding as a Listener – After completing the training, you will officially join as a Listener and begin receiving session assignments based on your availability and organizational needs.

    • Continuous Learning and Support – Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and mentoring offered by Listenr to continually enhance your listening skills and service quality.

    • As a Listener, you are expected to uphold the organization’s core values of empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental support. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in every interaction, contributing positively to the emotional well-being of our users.
