  To qualify as a Listener, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a degree, diploma, or certificate in Psychology or Sociology or related field from a recognized university or institution. Understanding of Active listening concept is must.

  • Provide a valid government-issued ID card as proof of identity and address.

  • Share a valid email ID and phone number for official communication.

  • Successfully complete the selection process, including signing the necessary agreements and non-disclosure documents with the company.​​
